| About Our Business I have always loved the ocean and all its creatures and I found myself looking for ways to get on the water, however I did not own a boat. So for sometime I went to the beaches and fished from bridges and piers. Rented boats to snorkel and took diving trips, all on someone else's time frame and locations. I had gone kayaking before and again on someone else's time frame and location. One day I bought a Tarpon 140 "sit on top" Kayak, the fun/adventure began and this time on my terms. Since then I have had many adventures. From catching fish that pulled my kayak like skis behind a power boat; to exploring the Mangroves and snorkeling from my kayak. You don't always have to go out miles to find beautiful water. I just recently started spear fishing from them as well. The name Puerto Gringo can about when my girlfriend and I were in Puerto Rico on vacation. I am American and she is an American from Puerto Rico. I am trying to learn Spanish so the name just came out of my ramblings. LOL In the years since, I bought my first Kayak and I have introduced many people to the wonders and fun of the sport.
